How Valet Trash Works...

American Waste Express is the leader in valet trash service for apartment and condominium communities. With valet trash service becoming increasingly popular among residents and owners, there's no better time to add valet trash service to your list of amenities! The service ranges from 3-5 times a week where we come and manually transport the trash from the residents door steps to centralized compacter/dumpster areas onsite. We either provide bins to every unit or preserve the space in the corridors by assigning a number of units to every one receptacle. Once a month we come out and clean the container inside and out to eliminate odors and to keep out pests. We also provide a bulk and recycling program.
